We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Property Manager or experienced Assistant Property Manager to lead operations at a 292-unit community in Stillwater, OK! This is a high-impact leadership opportunity and will be ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving property performance, and making a positive and visible impact for our valued residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for 292-unit community
- Drive traffic, tours, and lease conversions to achieve occupancy goals
- Lead resident relations, retention, and service standards
- Manage financial performance, budget adherence, rent collections, and delinquency control to support NOI goals
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and property inspections
- Oversee applications, approvals, renewals, and reporting
Who We Are Looking For:
- Property Manager experience or Assistant Manager ready for advancement
- Strong leasing and sales mindset (lease-up experience, a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a results-driven approach
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond to property needs, including occasional after-hours or emergency situations.
- Experience with Entrata or other PM Software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act practices
- Certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CALP are a plus.
