Semi retired and is looking to relocate. I have a friend in Guthrie so I'm looking anywhere within say an hour south of there or between OKC and Tulsa, I will have cash once my home is sold, possibly this week. It's just me and my cat I don't need a huge house having property is more important to me.

My preferences:
Under 200K
Move in condition-Roof/foundation/electrical/ all in good condition.
Permanent home(mobile might be considered)
2 acres in a rural setting
Literally I'm throwing darts at the map so I'm not set on any particular location but I prefer a rural setting with few neighbors.

I would consider a home in town on a very large lot, space is important to me I live in a very,very congested city on a very, very busy street with lots of noise.

I will be using a home inspector before any final decisions, you know the condition of your property and I'm out of state so the better info. I have before traveling out there is helpful. I plan to make a cash offer for the right place on the spot. I'll be touring homes for 2 days and plan to make an offer before returning home. I have a friend who can look at a home before I travel out there.
