Sweet puppy (Cushing)

I bought her off of here, she is 12 weeks old born in September.
She is part Chihuahua, mini pin, and rat terrior as I was told.
I was looking for a sweet puppy to add to the family, we live in a smaller home and wanted a smaller breed. But every dog was thousands of dollars. I finally found a sweet puppy that was an affordable price but then come to find out after purchasing her the owners had been neglecting her, as she had ringworm and was very skinny and dehydrated. The lady tried to play the spot off like it was no big deal though. And she had been keeping her outside, even tho she was less than 3lbs. She is now chunky and very healthy but she is still battling this “ringworm” . We have taken her to the vet so she has had her first round of shots, and been wormed, and the vet said to use lotramin on the spot so that is what we have been doing but it is not going away and honestly, I don’t have the time to keep battling this thing in my small home with an infant. Because I have to keep the dog in her cage in the back of the house, only coming out for baths and to go outside and to occasionally play in the back room but aside from that, I don’t have the time for her. All I wanted was for our family to get a puppy that had came with no issues so we could enjoy the puppy but it has been 3 weeks and the spot still hasn’t cleared. There is 2 spots now. I don’t have the time or the patience if I’m being honest because i didn’t know she had ringworm. She needs to be gone asap and go to a home that can give her more attention and the love she deserves! She is such a sweet dog! And if she didn’t have this ringworm that is taking forever to go away and if I didn’t have kids I would keep her but unfortunately I just can’t keep an animal around my kids because the last thing I want is any of us catching it.
Even though, Before we knew it was ringworm she was around me and my husband and we held her etc and she played with our daughter and none of us caught it. She doesn’t have flees or any other issues at all she is so playful and she will use the potty outside! Her name is Luna and this kill’s me to do but I believe it’s in her best interest and mine.
